Rising participation rates past the high numbers of 2019, and the year on year growth in the female space are driving the district forwards and the trio discuss what more can be done.

League adjacent programs like League Tag and touch footy and the introduction of a the season launch at CommBank Stadium and a gala day at Old Saleyards are just some of the programs helping engage Parramatta juniors.

The community spirit among clubs and the rise of positive social media feature in the discussion and Adam also details how Parramatta Leagues Club funding is used to reduce costs for juniors and to provide training and equipment.
