Parramatta Eels 26 Sydney Roosters 16 How about that? What a brilliant game of footy. The first half delivered end-to-end attacking football as the Parramatta Eels channelled the energy of 2001 and offloaded at will to score some spectacular…
The Spotlight – June 18, 2022: Just Do It
At what point do we stop reflecting on the holiday Monday massacre? That question kept turning over in my mind after a number of false starts writing this column. It’s been a hard loss to casually put in the rear…
The Preview – Round 15, 2022: Eels vs Roosters

Bumpers Up – June 7, 2022: What Bye Week?
This season, the timing of the Eels bye could not have been better. The first half of the year has featured relentless travel, including trips to Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, Newcastle and Canberra and just four games at CommBank Stadium. Coming…
From The Stands – June 1, 2022: Trust, Patience And The Journey To Long Term Success
The importance of trust, and the ability to be patient, are evident in most walks of life. Watching our game last Sunday, it hit me that for all the strides our club has made over the past 6 years, both…
