No Luca Moretti on the injured list. Or in any grade.

Would be a walk up.start into the 17 but What’s doing there ?

I wonder whether he’s breach team protocols or something.

Could be an internal punishment for being late to training or something. Doesn’t make any sense.

Matterson is also not on the injury list so it appears he has been dropped to reserve grade too.

Also centre Alfred Smalley, I’m tipping him to be a mainstay in the cup team even with other players returning from injury going off his highlight package. Interesting to hear how he goes on Sunday

Nice if we got a clear update on Luca to hear if he’s ok. Anyone heard anything?

Hopefully he is all good soon, I think we missed him in the middle coming off the bench.

Hopefully with our boys seeing Will p is now our best ball runner seemingly, hopefully they now start to move the ball to him a bit earlier as he and iongis combination further develops.

    A good listen as always.

It seems 2025 is the Baby Eels! It is nice to see the younger players being given chances (albeit by necessity) in first grade.

As for Sunday, I think the Eels can get the Tigers. Redemption at home should be enough motivation to get the win.

I just watched metcalf and he’d be perfect beside Moses. He’s only played 30 games of nrl but he is Cheaper and better than Dylan in a lot of areas – including game management and kicking. Doubt he would leave warriors though after they gave him a shot

      1. Ron

I suspect metcalf wouldnt jump at a pay increase as quickly as Dylan did. But I think he is already better than Dylan in a lot of areas (even if Dylan has a higher potential long term). if parra are serious they find a way to get it done. Only problem is he is on contract until 2026. By then talataina might be ready

    Good morning to all.
Not feeling dread this week, cautiously confident we will win.
Go Parra, come on, let’s get this done.
