Great listening again as always. Thank you
Penrith have no trouble putting away teams with faster outside backs. The game has been faster for a few seasons now yet Penrith are well on their way to four straight premierships. Their style is still the most effective, winning big games based on speed is not proven yet. This give the Eels some hope. Owning the middle, line speed and field position is still king if executed with the precision and consistency of the Panthers.
RIP Terry Hill, he left nothing on the field and was one of toughest players to play the game.
Condolences to his family and friends, gone way too young.

I honestly have no idea what will happen tonight. The head says a shellacking. The heart says a close game with Sanders to score the match winning points. And while a win will be welcome will it be a sign of a new Parra or just another false dawn?

It certainly never boring being an Eels supported. RCG first try scorer and Sivo to score a double

Shaun, you have summed up how most Parra fans feel.
“never boring being an Eels supporter” never a truer word written. We are the Kinder Surprise of the NRL.

This is not the first time that the Eels have put in an ordinary second half performance. Last year against the Dolphins we did a similar thing.

However last season our first half was outstanding and we were never going to be run down. That resulted in a win to the Eels.

Another perspective. If my memory is correct the Dolphins never had a win in Sydney last season. In fact if they did it was probably late in the season. This season again they have not won in Sydney. So without all the analysis of the outcome. Just looking at the ability of the Dolphins on the road. Why would we take that game away from Combank.
