The traditional Easter Monday derby between the Parramatta Eels and Wests Tigers is upon us once more as Sixties and Forty20 run their eyes over the public holiday blockbuster.

First things first though, the boys breakdown the games that have already taken place with the junior representatives playing out their final regular season games of the year. The Lisa Fiaola, Harold Matthews and SG Ball squads all booked their place in the finals while the Tarsha Gale finished their season on a high with a thumping defeat of the Panthers.

Breakthrough wins are up for grabs for the Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup this week – so how do they go about achieving them? Change could come to the Cup squad one way or another this week so how do they potentially shape up.

The NRL preview sees an amped up Tigers, fresh off a monster win over the Sharks, taking on our Eels in a blockbuster at CommBank Stadium. Brad Arthur has turned to Blaize Talagi to replace Mitchell Moses while Maika Sivo makes his return from suspension on the left wing. Sixties and Forty20 point to Clinton Gutherson and J’maine Hopgood as the key men on Monday before giving their tips for an Eels’ win.

Tks men. Wests completed 84% to Sharks 68%, and made only 7 errors to Sharks 15.
Koroisau had a lot of good ball to do his thing, so I think you’re right sixties, let’s not set him up to thrive.

One thing Parra have been good at is isolating Api in defence and getting him to miss a lot of tackles. One year he missed 9 tackles in a game, you can imagine how many attempts he had to make that day. Given we had Mahoney miss 11 tackles in round 1 there’s no surprises who we’ll be directing our attack towards.

No doubt Ham. It’s obvious that our plan is to build up fatigue in the opposition through their defensive workload. It worked a treat Vs Manly and Dogs.
