TCT Live This Saturday At Parra Leagues – With Steve Ella And David Liddiard

The Cumberland Throw is proud to announce that we are returning to Parra Leagues in 2024 with the live version of our podcast.

It all kicks off at 8pm this Saturday after the big game between the Eels and the Bulldogs.

And what better way to begin the season than with a dynamic duo of guests – the Zip Zip Man, Steve Ella, and the flying premiership winning winger, David Liddiard.

Steve Ella in action

Steve was a member of all four Eels premiership winning teams during his ten year career at the club. He scored 94 tries during his 153 games at Parra, and represented City, NSW, Australia and even the Rest of the World team.

David joined the Eels in 1983, and was a member of the grand final winning team, winning the Dally M Medal for Rookie of the Year along the way. David went on to play 132 NRL games, 66 of those with the Eels. He has also received an OAM for services to Indigenous youth.

David Liddiard on the fly

Forty and I will be speaking to both legends about their careers, as well as getting their takes on the Eels and Bulldogs match.

As usual, both Steve and David will be available for you to meet after the podcast. You can grab a photo, an autograph or simply enjoy a chat with them.

This year, we’ll be located in Sterlos, which is located on the second floor of Parra Leagues. It’s all part of the match day entertainment at the club, and there’s plenty for the whole family both before and after the game.

We look forward to seeing you there, at “The Home Of The Eels”, Parra Leagues.

Eels forever!

Sixties.
