Score Updates – NSW Cup Round 2: Eels vs Newtown Jets

The Eels are in action in Round 2 of the NSW Cup at 12:45PM at Kellyville Park as they take on the Newtown Jets. Parramatta are coming off a resounding victory over the Dragons and will be looking to ride the waves from that result. The Jets enter this game with plenty of impetus of their own following after accounting for the Raiders last week.

Due to being in iso this week, I won’t be able to be at the ground. However, with thanks to our correspondents Ham and Parrathruandthru, we can provide match/score updates as they happen

Thanks for the updates. Any notable performances you can provide comments on? Also was JA not allowed to play because he was in the 17 last night?

    1. Parra Pete

Not even the end of March and people are writing off a season….Beats me why they even watch games!!!!…Hate to be in the trenches with these ‘bum chuckers’. First one to let you down, first one to slap you on the back…

I think we need to look at Isaako and or Pererra again we are weakening one position to strengthen another.Jordan was talking to parra last year and both these guys are not selected this week for Broncos.

  3. Phil

Watched match at ground. Parra Cup team were terrible. Coughed up ball from kickoff on three occasions. Lost ball on early plays on numerous occasions. Conceded too many penalties. Edge defence very problematic. Amazing to get so close after so many errors.
